**JOB DESCRIPTION** ## **Position Details** - **Shift schedule** **:** 3rd shift — Sunday through Thursday, 10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. - **Minimum experience** **:** At least 1 year of related HR experience. ## **Regulatory Compliance & Employee Support** - Administer and ensure compliance with **FMLA, EEOC, ADA**, and other applicable laws. - Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the **HRIS**. - Provide employee counseling on work‑related and personal matters as needed. - Handle routine HR inquiries and manage them through completion. - Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and process guidance, escalating to COEs when appropriate. ## **Investigations & Issue Resolution** - Conduct investigations as needed. - Identify issues related to product, process, or quality systems. - Recommend solutions through established channels and verify implementation. ## **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding** - Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing, coordinating background checks, and contributing to hiring decisions. - Conduct HR transactions such as **orientation, leaves of absence, and exit meetings**. ## **Employee Relations & Engagement** - Maintain a positive departmental image with all employees. - Support and implement **positive employee relations programs**. - Coordinate plant welfare activities such as events, outings, and celebrations. - Serve as a technical adviser to employee involvement teams. - Maintain strong relationships within the community. ## **Compensation, Benefits & Reporting** - Conduct the **annual wage and benefit survey**, analyze results, and submit recommendations. - Collect, analyze, and prepare **HR scorecards, dashboards, and visual reports**. - Perform root‑cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements. ## **Training & Development** - Assist with developing and delivering training programs. - Continue building HR expertise through seminars, courses, and professional development opportunities. ## **Process Improvement & Documentation** - Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in HR service delivery. - Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures, workflows, and reports. - Support departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed. ## **General Responsibilities** - Maintain **5S standards** in the work area. - Support **Affirmative Action** requirements. - Develop and implement special projects to enhance the work environment. - Hold the authority and responsibility to **stop the production line** if a safety or quality issue arises. - Perform all other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager. **PRIMARY LOCATION** Bridgewater Interiors II
