As a Human Resources Business Partner on the Global People Operations team in our London office, you will align with several business units across the globe to build the foundations, map the processes, and deliver the tools necessary for our employees and leaders to succeed at Taboola. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support select departments within our EMEA Enterprise Sales organisation. Your immediate focus in this role will be highly operational and systems-oriented: you’ll map current workflows, build scalable processes, and find organisational efficiencies. Once this essential groundwork is established, the role will naturally expand to focus more on strategic advisory, organisational development, and hands-on business partnering. We aren't looking for a traditional HRBP. We want a systems and process thinker who views clean workflows, AI, and automation as the ultimate leverage for HR. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should be someone who loves optimising systems, experiments with productivity tools, and dreams of an HR department where technology handles the routine so people can handle the exceptional! To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Operations lead, with at least 1 year of experience partnering directly with Sales Departments. EMEA experience is a strong advantage. Good understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and identifying system or operational efficiencies within complex, matrixed organizations. A data-driven mindset with proven experience using metrics to analyse workflows, provide insights, and drive change. Commercial mindset, with the ability to link operational efficiency and people strategy directly to business needs. Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, with a strong desire to be hands-on, practical, and build processes from the ground up with patience and persistence. Proven experience advising and constructively challenging leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership development as the partnership side of the role grows. Experience building trust with leaders and employees at all levels, using expert communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Tech-Forward Mindset, maintaining a high level of curiosity regarding AI and automation; comfortable experimenting with new tools to streamline traditional HR workflows. Track record of navigating employee relations situations with sound judgment and professionalism. How you’ll make an impact: As an HR Business Partner, you will: Map, document, and streamline core HR processes and workflows for your business units to eliminate friction and drive global efficiency. Drive operational excellence through the adoption of generative AI, automation, and modern HR productivity tools. Establish and standardise consistent HR practices, program delivery, and structures that the organization needs to scale. Use people data and metrics to identify workflow bottlenecks, track HR impact, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to business leaders. Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across selected EMEA Enterprise Sales groups, advising on people, talent, and organizational matters to support strong business decisions. Partner with managers to assess, manage, and improve employee performance, supporting them through complex people situations including reorganisations and employee relations matters. Provide managers with coaching, training, and resources to strengthen leadership capability and support effective team management. Stay close to employees and team dynamics, proactively identifying engagement risks, attrition concerns, or capability gaps.
