HR Business Partner

As Daniels Health continues to scale our medical waste plants and field operations, we’re looking for a passionate, HR Business Partner to help drive our next phase of growth across Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. Daniels Health partners with healthcare organisations to deliver safer, more sustainable medical waste solutions, so your work directly supports better outcomes for patients, staff and the environment. You’ll partner closely with hourly field service and operations teams and their leaders, building engagement, strengthening culture and ensuring robust compliance with labor laws and wage and hour regulations. This HYBRID role (3 days onsite) involves regular travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays, giving you real visibility and impact on the frontline.
