We're hiring our first HR hire in the U.S., based in Dallas, TX, to build and scale the Dozee team stateside — working closely with department heads and the Director – HR to hire the right people, get them onboarded well, and support every U.S. employee end to end. This is not a back-office administrative role. It is a builder's role for someone who wants to stand up HR in the U.S. from scratch, own the full employee experience, and be the person who makes Dozee feel like Dozee — three time zones away from headquarters.
