Duties include managing an assigned caseload, performing day-to-day coordination and quality control of eligibility, inspections, news leases, annual re-certifications and program terminations in accordance with Agency policy and in compliance with funding regulations for subsidized housing; conduct physical inspections of Agency real property, as assigned. **Classification Distinction** This is the advanced journey level class in the Housing Program series. Incumbents perform the most difficult and complex duties and are required to have advanced program and operational knowledge across Housing Authority functions. Incumbents are responsible for analyzing complex situations and for developing and implementing solutions. This classification functions with a high level of independence and assists in the integration and coordination of the separate housing programs functions. Incumbents may act as a team leader for their assigned functional area. This classification is distinguished from the Housing Program Technician II classification in that it is responsible for resolving the most difficult and complex issues, as well as for the coordination of functions.**Education and Experience** Any combination of experience and education which would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. **Education**: Equivalent to two (2) years of college (48 semester units or more) in social services, business, management, with an emphasis on case management. **Experience**: In addition to the educational experience, must have at least (2) years of equivalent experience in a similar position in which most of…
