We endeavor to build and create impactful spaces to live, work and thrive. **ABOUT THE POSITION** Full-time housekeeping/janitorial position available for large apartment complex in Metro Pittsburgh area. Busy property seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working Housekeeper. The Housekeeper duties to include common area and apartment cleaning, maintaining grounds and snow removal. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** - Maintain a clean and appealing common area - Clean (wash floors, walls, etc.) vacated apartments - Take out trash and recycling - Wipe down and sanitizes common area surfaces - Clean, sanitize and stock restrooms - Handle leaf and snow removal, as needed - Remove debris and snow from walkways and access areas around the building. - Sweep, mop, polish and vacuum floors **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - Must be dependable and flexible - Excellent prior attendance record - Good communication skills - Have open schedule – work nights and weekends - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. - Pass background and drug tests. **GENERAL INFORMATION** - $16.00 per hour - Full-time, including weekends - Position is represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU Local 32BJ) **BENEFITS** - Union Benefits include health insurance - Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation/Personal and Sick Days - Company provided uniform - Employee parking provided We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
