Housekeeping

## Overview This position is responsible for performing housekeeping duties that result in a clean, safe, healthy, and comfortable environment in the non-licensed areas, and occasionally the licensed areas, of the Village. ## Description Position Outcomes *Perform cleaning function and maintain order* - Perform housekeeping duties following guidelines established in training, policies and procedures, and good housekeeping standards - Prioritize and organize cleaning duties in accordance with facility policy and in coordination with other housekeepers and Resident needs - Use housekeeping supplies efficiently and follow proper care and use guidelines of housekeeping equipment - Attend mandatory in-services and training programs for housekeeping. - Follow material safety data sheets (MSDS) and facility safety policies. - Follow oral and written instructions ## Requirements **\*Covid-19 vaccine is strongly encouraged, however not required\*** **Schedule:** Part time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm **Qualifications:** - Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required - Must be able to perform multiple and daily routine tasks with attention to detail - Must be able to follow both written and verbal detailed instructions - Demonstrates a reasonable level of energy and maintains a positive attitude - Has a demonstrated history of flexibility under changing conditions - Must be able to prioritize and organize work schedule and tasks
