The Opportunity We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. In this role, you’ll help lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. You’ll play a key role in setting expectations, training team members, and building the foundation of housekeeping excellence from day one. REQUIREMENTS Educational and Experience Requirements Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required. Supervisory or lead experience preferred. Hotel or resort experience is a plus. Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
