Ultimately, the housekeeping staff contribute significantly to the overall quality of life for our residents. **Job Responsibilities** - Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. - Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. - Assist in the organization and management of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly. - Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism. **Minimum Qualifications** - Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** - Certification in cleaning management or related training. - Experience working in a healthcare or residential facility.
