Housekeeping

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Staff** to join our team. The Housekeeping staff is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of housekeeping as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing. - Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other public areas. - Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. - Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols. - Properly use and maintain cleaning products and equipment. - Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. - Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor. - Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff. **Minimum Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required. - Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment. - Basic understanding of infection control protocols. - Customer service-oriented attitude. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. **Benefits:** All full-time employees are eligible for benefit options including: - Competitive pay - Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits - Supplemental AFLAC products - Matching 401k plan - Paid Time Off (PTO) **Shift**: 7am-3pm, Schedule is 4 days on 2 days off **Equal Opportunity Employer:** We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
