## Description **Job Title: Club Fit Housekeeper (Weekends)** **** **Job Purpose:** The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for members and staff throughout the club. This position involves daily cleaning tasks, laundry services, collaborating with other departments to maintain exceptional member experience and support overall sanitation standards. *Seeking applicants available evenings and weekends* **** **Operations:** · Perform daily cleaning for the entire facility, including locker rooms, studios, pools, common areas, and administrative spaces. · Ensure products are stocked, stored properly, and used efficiently. · Collect, wash, dry, fold and distribute towels and linens · Keep laundry room and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order · Ensure all cleaning procedures adhere to safety protocols and meet company standards. · Respond promptly and professionally to members or staff concerns related to cleanliness and sanitation. · Report any maintenance or safety issues to the housekeeping manager **** **Professional and Technical Knowledge:** · Ongoing Club Fit Training through 1huddle Learning Management System: o Bloodborne Pathogens (annually) o Emergency Response Protocol (ERP) (bi-annually) o Sexual Harassment (annually) o Cyber Security (annually) - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, preferably in a large facility, hospitality, or health club setting. - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work well and communicate with others - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. - Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Ability to work independently and maintain productivity standards. - Must be able to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. **** **Physical Requirements:** - Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and reach throughout the workday. - Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds. - Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks. - Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, carpet extractors, and other powered housekeeping equipment. - Safely handle and work with cleaning chemicals and disinfectants while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). - Work in environments that may be wet, humid, or contain cleaning odors and chemicals. **** **Reporting Structure** Direct Line to Hospitality Manager Housekeeping Supervisor **Pay Range:** **Titulo del Puesto: Personal de Limpieza – Club Fit** **Proposito del Puesto:** El personal de limpieza es responsable de mantener un ambiente limpio, seguro y acogedor para los miembros y el personal en todas las áreas del club.
