Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, clear communication, and sensitivity to resident needs while working collaboratively within a flexible, high-performing team. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of community areas and resident apartments. Appropriately launder resident linens and clothing. Communicate resident concerns promptly to the Administrator or Director of Nursing. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state regulatory housekeeping standards. Support a positive guest experience by ensuring safety and comfort at all times. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Flexible availability to meet scheduling needs. Clear and respectful communication skills.
