This position is critical to our mission and is responsible for maintaining the facility’s general cleanliness to maintain a sanitary and infection-free condition. **Responsibilities:** - Operate various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and shampooers. - Requires working in damp, dusty and dirty areas. At times must clean up human waste and other body fluids, as needed. - Handles various cleaning solvents and chemicals and is required to use the proper personal protection equipment (PPE). - May be asked to fulfill various resident requests within reason. **Qualifications:** The Housekeeper should be a high school graduate or equivalent. Experience is helpful but not necessary.
