Operates manual and mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Maintains a safe and clean work environment. All other duties as assigned/needed. Skills/Requirements/Physical Demands: Previous housekeeping and/or janitorial work experience highly preferred. Must have flexibility/availability to work retail hours/scheduling: includes evenings, weekends, holidays and/or special events. Must have the ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift approximately up to 25 lbs. repetitively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent listening skills. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. Basic reading and comprehension skills.
