Communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management. - **Emergency Procedures:** Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met. - **Other Duties as Assigned.** **Preferred Qualifications:** - Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality. - Effective oral communication skills. - Proactive in solving problems. **Physical Requirements:** - Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time. - Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs. *Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to modify, change, or apply this job description in any way the company desires.
