## Summary Ho-Chunk, Inc. Job Description Job Title: Housekeeper Business Title: Dynamic Systems Inc. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Monday through Friday 9:00am to 1:30pm Job Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a designated area, ensuring that facilities are sanitary, safe, and welcoming for all occupants. This role includes a variety of tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. General Duties: - Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules. - Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. - Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. - Cleaning tasks range from high dusting, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, floor care, etc. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a medical setting preferred. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods. - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners. - Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. - Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment. - Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.). Work Hours: Monday Through Friday 1st shift. Some weekends may be required.
