Apply now! ## Qualifications - HS Diploma or Equivalent - Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs. - Able to operates cleaning equipment such as: iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. - Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed. - Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire. ## Responsibilities The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities - Clean public/common areas and resident’s apartments. - Distribute laundered articles and linens. - Change beds. - Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies as needed. - Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors. - Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. - Dust furniture and equipment. - Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. - Wash, dry and iron resident laundry and community linens. - Fold and/or hang laundry appropriately. - Distribute laundered articles and linens. - Maintain and clean resident laundry areas . - Wash windows at reasonable heights through out the community as requested. - Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition. - Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies. - Stock cleaning cart with supplies. - Empty wastebaskets, and transport trash to disposal area. - Ensure with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean. - Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed. - Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly. - Report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor. - May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. ## Salary Range The wage range for this position is $22.00/hr - $26.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
