### Description Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a ***Full-time Housekeeper*** to join our team in Alexandria, Louisiana! Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. **Pay: $11-14 an hour, bi-weekly pay with up to $750 quarterly bonuses (up to $3,000 a year!)** **Schedule: M-F 8-5PM** *This position requires driving between properties Rosewood and Pecan Grove Apartments (3 minutes apart).
