Hotel Shuttle Driver/Houseman

The **Holiday Inn Express Moline**, is looking for a reliable and customer-focused **Shuttle** **Driver/Houseman** to join our hotel team. This position may begin as early as 5:00 AM and is responsible for transporting hotel guests safely to and from local destinations including the Quad Cities International Airport. During downtime between shuttle runs, you'll assist with Houseman duties to help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming hotel environment. **If you enjoy helping others and takes pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you!** **Responsibilities include:** - Safely transport guests using the hotel shuttle - Provide friendly and professional customer service - Assist with public area cleaning and upkeep - Support the housekeeping department - Help with guest requests and other duties assigned **Qualification:** - Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record - Dependable with excellent attendance - Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays - Strong customer service and communication skills - Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift - Hotel experience is helpful but not required **Who we are:** Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950.
