**Housekeeper** **Location: Residence Inn** **Hammond, IN 46324** **Job Overview** We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms. This role is essential to providing a positive experience for our guests by ensuring rooms meet hotel cleanliness and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms - Replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and supplies - Ensure all room surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are clean and well maintained - Replace bed linens and sanitize bathrooms before guest check‑in - Properly fold, store, and transport clean and soiled linens - Safely use and store cleaning supplies and chemicals - Follow hotel health, safety, and infection control guidelines - Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly - Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner - Respect guest privacy and personal belongings at all times **Qualifications** - Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required - Knowledge of cleaning tools, supplies, and best practices is a plus - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness - Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment - Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods - Good communication skills - Positive attitude and strong work ethic **Benefits & Perks** - Paid Time Off - Hotel Discount Programs - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) **Join One of Northern Indiana's Leading Hospitality Groups** We are a rapidly expanding hospitality group in Northern Indiana, operating Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands.
