Hotel Executive Housekeeper

**Executive Housekeeper** **Location: Courtyard by Marriott** **Hammond IN, 46324** We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Hotel Executive Housekeeper** to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. - Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations. - Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Handle guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally. - Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, budgets, and staffing requirements. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Qualifications - Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry preferred. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. - Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests efficiently. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or management is a plus. Work Environment This position requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
