## Description RESPONSIBILITES: - Comprehends full detailed menu and wine pairings in order to answer all questions regarding substitutions, omissions and food allergies and communicate this information to the guest. - Communicates all special events and promotions in restaurant to guests. - Receive all incoming telephone calls to the restaurant. - Adheres to large party policies described in Rugby Policy guide. - Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. - Maintains station for neatness, cleanliness, proper setup, and backup supplies. - Document daily log detailing sales, guest interactions and any guest complaints. - Notifies management of all problems, complaints, and compliments. QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience preferred - High school graduate or equivalent required - Requires the ability to communicate with guests in English. - Previous experience with POS software and reservation software WORKING CONDITIONS: - Requires full mobility for entire duration of shift - Must be able to safely grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move goods weighing up to 30lbs. - Must be able to be on feet for entirety of shift This Job Description is intended to provide a general overview of the tasks, duties and responsibilities with the position identified below.
