In this role, you will provide a warm and friendly greeting with a smile and responsive service for all dining guests. You will manage the efficiency and timeliness of seating guests to their tables with their wishes in mind. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to **Lead with Love**—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide a warm welcome, managing waiting times efficiently, and setting a positive tone for the visit. You’ll support the team by coordinating with the servers and other team members to maintain an organized and friendly dining environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet and welcome guests, in a friendly manner, escorting them to the assigned dining area. Rotate tables when seating guests throughout the shift. - Call out name and number of party when tables become available in a courteous and friendly manner with a pleasant, professional, and clear tone of voice. - Upon seating, present menus; announce server’s name.
