Hospice Registered Nurse, Human-Centered Care

## Primary RN – Grand Junction Community Hospice | Monday–Friday 8am-5pm| $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional on-call/weekend requirement Location: Grand Junction, Colorado Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Pay Range: ASN: $38.02–$41.75/hour BSN: $39.20–$43.05/hour Looking for a nursing role where relationship-based care, teamwork, and purpose still matter? In addition to having strong clinical skills, Hospice Nurses are “teachers” – helping patients identify their own personal goals of care and helping caregivers have confidence in caring for their family member. They are specialists in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking. Primary RN’s have an assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.
