Hospice Liaison - Long Beach area

**Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care** is seeking an enthusiastic **Hospice Liaison** to join our Sales Team! This position is **full-time** and the coverage area is around **Long Beach area**. **Responsibilities:** - Act as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process. - Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the agency are achieved and maintained. - Support the team in developing and maintaining sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Reliance vision and mission statement. - Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services - Coordinate referral process for patients starting hospice services **Qualifications** - Degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare preferred - **2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Marketing related field** - **Hospice** **experience** highly preferred - Current and valid driver's license - Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building - **Spanish or Tagalog speaker preferred** Application Question(s): - Do you speak either Spanish or Tagalog?
