The Care Team Hospice is seeking a CNA to provide personal care and comfort-focused support to hospice patients in their homes and facility settings while working alongside our interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity, compassion, and quality of life throughout the hospice journey. **Schedule, Hours & Territory** • Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM • Lehigh Valley.
