This involves hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff members, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance. o Patient and Family Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring clear, empathetic, and timely communication regarding care plans, changes in condition, and services provided. Address concerns, questions, and feedback from patients and families promptly, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a manner that enhances patient satisfaction and trust. o Care coordination: Ensures the coordination and continuity of care for patients receiving hospice services. Rotates and serves as Administrator on Call. o Compliance and Quality Assurance: Responsible for ensuring that the assigned team adheres to all applicable regulations, standards, and policies.
