## Overview This position is responsible for providing personal care and delegated services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well being. This position is responsible for keeping the building in a clean, sanitary, orderly, attractive condition and to provide a pleasant living environment for the clients. This position is responsible for providing minimal dietary services to clients, such as serving prepared meals. This position is responsible for planning, developing and providing a quality Activity/Socialization Program designed to assist tenants in using their personal potential both physically and mentally. ## Description The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and delegated services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being.
