Most visits focus on assisting with bathing, toileting, and other personal care needs, while some may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. ## Key Responsibilities - Assist clients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal care - Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes - Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship as needed - Complete required documentation and communicate with the care team ## What We're Looking For - Compassionate and dependable - Comfortable providing hands-on personal care - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ## Preferred Qualifications - Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or personal care experience preferred IND-IA To The Rescue is an equal opportunity employer.
