Home Care Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

**Schedule**: Full Time | 40 hours per week | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm| Monday - Friday, one weekend per month required**Department:** Huron Valley PACE | Monroe, MI | Home Care **Travel Requirements:** This role involves regular travel between Washtenaw, Monroe, Western Wayne, Livingston, and parts of Oakland counties, providing Home-Based Care. **What You’ll Do in This Role:**Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for helping others? As a **Home Care** **Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)** providing in-home care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. ### Key Responsibilities - **Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home –** Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. - **Maintain Comfort & Care –** Support housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and grocery shopping. - **Support Mealtime–** Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. - **Keep Things Moving –** Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. - **Perform Vital Checks –** Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. - **Maintain Comfort & Care –** Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. - **Provide Responsive Support –** Respond with kindness and compassion. - **Monitor with Watchful Eyes –** Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP. - **Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism –** Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care. *The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
