If you have a passion for helping others and want to be part of a team that truly cares, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes - Help with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation - Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety - Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors - Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation - Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities **Requirements:** - Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred - Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - CPR/First Aid certification is a plus **About Us:** ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is a trusted provider of non-medical in-home care services, dedicated to helping clients live their best lives at home.
