Our hiring managers will be interviewing applicants for the following positions to fill our sites based out of the Palo Alto, CA area.: * Full-Time, Part Time, Flex officers: Multiple shifts available - pay rate $29.00/hr - paid weekly *Full-Time Shift Lead: - Monday - Friday 1400-2230 pay rate $32.00/hr - paid weekly Hiring Event Time & Location: Thursday July 23rd, 2026 9:00 AM -12:00 PM 3000 El Camino Real Building #4/Office Number 215 Palo Alto, CA 94306 Requirements: ACTIVE CA GUARD CARD REQUIRED - you will be turned away without one. Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record. Minimum 1 year experience. Interior/Exterior Facility patrol. Gate Access Control. Customer Service experience. Patrolling & de-escalation experience required. Dispatching or concierge experience preferred. Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred. Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need. You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs. Some of your shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week’s schedule. Sometimes you will be called with short notice and asked to come in to cover for someone who is unable to work their shift.
