Your compassionate nature and reliability are key to building trust and making a positive impact in our clients' lives. - CPR Certification & TB Test: You must be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification prior to starting. An up-to-date TB test is also required, or you must be willing to acquire one before beginning work. - Experience is a Plus: While prior experience in home care is a bonus, it's not required. We provide the training and support you need to excel in this rewarding field. **Job Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience(Preferred) - Flexible schedule availability - Ability to manage and organize clients' routines effectively - Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and running errands **Job Details:** - Providing immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company, and comfort. - Reporting changes in the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients to relevant parties. - Providing support with personal hygiene, including bathroom visits, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth. - Engaging clients in suitable activities, such as playing games, taking walks, or having conversations. - Performing basic housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals. - Assisting clients with household finances, bills, and payments, as well as running errands. - Accompanying clients on outings and arranging transportation to medical appointments. - Providing mobility support, including assistance with walking aids and wheelchairs. - Maintaining a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment. **Pay Rate: $14 - $15 Hourly** **Key Considerations:** - Safety: Always ensure that transfers are done safely, with proper technique, to avoid injury to both the client and the caregiver. - Dignity: Respect the client's dignity during personal care activities, including bathing and brief changes. - Communication: Keep an open line of communication with the client to understand their comfort level and any changes in their needs. **If you're looking for a fulfilling job where you can truly make a difference, apply today to join our team!
