Our firm is proud of our culture, transparent communication, and teamwork. **Job Responsibilities** - Prepare and complete standard form letters and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail - Assist attorneys and legal staff in drafting and assembling legal documents under direction - Proofread documents for grammar, formatting, and completeness - Organize, maintain, and update client files (physical and electronic) - Manage document templates and ensure consistency across firm communications - Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning - Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and third parties as instructed - Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information - Support scheduling, calendar management, and other administrative duties as needed **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in document preparation - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under attorney supervision - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document formatting - Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently - Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required - Associate or bachelor's degree preferred - Successfully pass background/reference check - Experience with litigation is not required but preferred Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
