**Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson** is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Motorclothes Sales Associate** to join our team. ### **What You’ll Do:** - Deliver top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories - Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements - Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space - Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing - Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty ### **What We’re Looking For:** - At least 1 year of retail sales experience - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Basic computer proficiency - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays. - Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties. ### **Why Join Harley-Davidson?** - Commission based pay - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance - Employee discounts *All candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, including background check, MVR, and drug testing.*
