Koury, which continue to guide us now and into the future. **Job Description:** **Job Responsibilities:** · Operate the following equipment: · Dozer – no GPS · Good to have experience in the following: · Bobcat, Backhoe, Roller, Skid Steer, Compactor, Excavator – NO GPS · **Operate Machinery:** Drive, maneuver, and control heavy equipment for tasks like digging, loading, grading, and moving materials. · **Material Handling:** Load, unload, and transport dirt, rocks, asphalt, and other construction materials. · **Site Preparation:** Clear land, excavate foundations, and build roads or other structures. · General Maintenance of Equipment · Any other duties as assigned by the Manager. ## Requirements **Job Requirements and Qualification:** · Minimum of 2 years’ experience · Ability to read grading plans and stakes a plus but not required · Candidate needs to have experience in grading, fine grading and blueprint reading without GPS. · Preferably high school diploma/GED, a clean driving record. **Benefits:** · Health insurance · Dental insurance · Vision Insurance · Pet Insurance · Disability Insurance · Paid Time Off · 401(k) with employer match *Koury Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
