You will independently lead the service and repair of a diverse construction fleet, mastering complex diesel engines, 12/24V electrical systems, and hydraulics in both our New Hope shop and through high-impact mobile field support. With a premium pay range and a commitment to your professional growth through **tuition reimbursement**, we provide the stability and financial rewards for you to build a high-impact career. **What You'll Bring** - Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment—both physically and mentally—for yourself, your colleagues, and customers. - At least 5 years of combined education and field experience performing mechanical work on vehicles, trailers, and equipment. - Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a DOT Inspector Certification. - Detailed familiarity with gas/diesel engines, 12/24-volt electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. - Advanced mechanical and intermediate welding skills, along with the ability to supply your own basic tools to perform daily duties .
