## Description **SUMMARY** Assembles aluminum products, such as Locking, Non-Locking, Remote Locking or Hurry-Up masts using a variety of different tools such as drills, grinders, **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. - Lifts heavy objects by hand up to 50lbs - Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints. - Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners. - Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts. - Operates hand drills, torque wrenches, socket wrenches, and staplers to assist in assembly operation. - Properly and safely use warehouse equipment that you are authorized to use to complete tasks. (golf cart, pallet jacks, ladders, dollies, overhead cranes, scissor lift etc) - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Accurately clock and claim jobs using the Factory Track software - Stand for long periods of time. - Test or assist in testing operation of complete product. - Other duties may be assigned **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
