Healthcare Marketer and Business Development Rep.

**Job Description:** Compass Palliative Care, a California-based leading mobile palliative care provider is seeking a Marketing Representative for the CITY OF LOS ANGELES and SAN FERNANDO VALLEY areas. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Requirements: - Ideally, potential candidates will have a 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as they will be working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services. - Strong account management and people skills are a must. - Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory. Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Cold calling leads for new business. - Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory. - Scheduling and conducting educational in-services. - Providing the highest level of customer service. - Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.
