If you're passionate about healthcare workforce development and enjoy building programs that create meaningful career opportunities, consider joining the NIC Workforce Training Center as the **Health Occupations Manager**. In this leadership role, you'll help expand access to high-quality, non-credit healthcare training while strengthening partnerships that address regional workforce needs. Your work will directly support students as they prepare for in-demand healthcare careers and help employers develop the skilled workforce they need. You'll also identify workforce trends, cultivate industry partnerships, develop new healthcare training opportunities, manage grant and program budgets, promote courses to prospective students, and support pathways that connect non-credit students to credit-bearing healthcare programs. As needed, you may also provide instruction in healthcare courses and assist with state skills examinations. We're looking for a collaborative leader with strong organizational, supervisory, and project management skills who is passionate about workforce education and healthcare. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who builds productive relationships, uses data to evaluate and improve program performance, and can successfully manage multiple priorities.
