You'll develop individualized treatment plans using the latest evidence-based therapies while performing in-office procedures that help improve patient outcomes and quality of life. ### What You'll Do - Evaluate patients with acute and chronic headache disorders - Diagnose and manage migraine, chronic migraine, tension headaches, cluster headaches, and other primary and secondary headache conditions - Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based medical therapies - Perform in-office procedures, including: - Botox® injections for chronic migraine - Peripheral nerve blocks - Trigger point injections - Infusion therapy - Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans as needed - Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary clinical staff - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record - Participate in a limited shared call rotation ### What We're Looking For We're looking for a physician who is: - Passionate about headache medicine and improving patients' quality of life - Compassionate and patient-centered - Interested in developing long-term relationships with patients - Collaborative and team-oriented - Committed to evidence-based care and clinical excellence ### Required Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in Arizona - Board Certified or Board Eligible in an applicable specialty ### Preferred Qualifications We welcome physicians from a variety of backgrounds, including: - Neurology with fellowship training in Headache Medicine - Neurology with a strong interest in headache disorders - Internal Medicine physicians with significant headache management experience - Family Medicine physicians with ext…
