Head of Tech Alliances and Channels

As agentic identities rapidly outnumber human identities, we're building the platform that enterprises will rely on to secure the next generation of identity. The RoleAs Head of Tech Alliances and Channels, you will build and lead NewCore's partner ecosystem from the ground up. You'll develop strategic relationships across technology partners, GSIs, MSSPs, resellers, and channel partners while creating the programs, enablement, and go-to-market strategy that drive long-term growth. **Responsibilities** - Develop and execute NewCore's technology alliances and channel strategy. - Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic technology partners, GSIs, MSSPs, and resellers. - Build scalable partner enablement programs, certifications, and technical training. - Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through joint go-to-market initiatives. - Establish performance metrics, forecasting, QBRs, and partner accountability. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to maximize partner success. - Represent NewCore at executive meetings, customer engagements, and industry events. **Requirements** - 10+ years of leadership experience in alliances, channels, or partnerships within enterprise cybersecurity or Identity/IAM. - Proven experience building successful partner ecosystems from the ground up. - Strong relationships across technology alliances, GSIs, MSSPs, and reseller communities. - Demonstrated ability to generate measurable revenue through strategic partnerships. - Executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience working in high-growth startup environments. - Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%.
