## Job Description As Head of Supply Planning for North America, you will play a critical senior leadership role in driving business performance through a highly effective, customer- and market-focused supply planning organization. Your main focus will be to lead and integrate all Supply Planning activities across the Continent, ensuring efficient and commercially relevant execution that delivers strong business results, healthy inventory, high availability, and sustainable profitable growth. You will own the end-to-end supply planning process, from demand translation and buy quantification through allocation, replenishment, and inventory optimization, always balancing customer needs, market realities, operational efficiency, and business performance. This role requires a highly strategic, forward-thinking senior leader with a strong track record of delivering measurable business results in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring the ability to connect long-term strategic direction with operational execution, while building strong partnerships across teams, functions, markets, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and speed in decision-making. As the primary Continent voice for Supply Planning towards both Continent, General Manager’s, Commercial Team’s and Global leadership, you will influence key business decisions, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvements across systems, processes, and ways of working to strengthen execution and enable future growth. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities. You can navigate across multiple senior leadership forums with confidence, communicate with clarity and impact, simplify complexity, and create strong alignment across diverse stakeholders and teams. You are a trusted partner who can challenge constructively, inspire collaboration, and mobilize teams around common business priorities.
