The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, consulting expertise, and a passion for building enterprise-level operating capabilities. ### Accountabilities: As the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will lead the Strategy & Operations function and act as a key partner to senior leadership. You will own strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth. - Lead and develop the Strategy & Operations team, establishing priorities, operating rhythms, quality standards, and a culture of accountability. - Partner with executive leadership to identify, structure, and solve the organization’s most complex strategic and operational challenges. - Build data-driven analyses, financial models, and executive recommendations to support high-impact business decisions. - Work closely with leadership to define operating strategies, prioritize initiatives, and convert discussions into measurable actions. - Identify operational constraints across service delivery, network management, routing, and related areas, developing scalable solutions. - Improve processes, workflows, tooling, management systems, and operational discipline to increase efficiency and performance. - Translate ambiguous challenges into structured plans with clear owners, metrics, timelines, and expected outcomes. - Optimize profitability through improvements in resource allocation, operational models, utilization strategies, and business processes. - Partner with Finance, Operations, Client Success, and Growth teams to turn business opportunities into operational improvements. - Serve as a bridge between operational teams and Product/Engineering by translating frontline challenges into technology opportunities. - Evaluate the impact of new tools and solutions to ensure they improve workflows, reduce operational friction, and deliver business value. - Remain hands-on when needed by building analyses, reviewing data, creating recommendations, and supporting critical initiatives directly. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced strategy and operations leader with a strong analytical foundation, executive presence, and the ability to drive change in complex environments. - 8–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or a related field. - Strong consulting background, with experience from leading strategy consulting environments strongly preferred. - Experience leading Strategy & Operations, BizOps, or Strategic Operations functions within a high-growth organization. - Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through influence, autonomy, and accountability. - Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills and the ability to build data-driven recommendations. - Experience using data to solve business problems and support executive decision-making. - Excellent communication skills with the ability…
