About The Team Anduril's Space team is at the forefront of advancing national security capabilities in the space domain. Our mission is twofold: 1) develop autonomous satellite systems and space-based platforms, and 2) deliver critical ground and orbital software infrastructure at scale. We transform products and capabilities across space command and control (C2), mission management, and space operations from early concepts into fully operational systems by partnering closely with specialist engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our integrated approach, we design and deploy space software systems using advanced algorithms, distributed architectures, and resilient infrastructure—delivering reliable, mission-critical capabilities that support operators across orbital and ground-based assets. About The Job We are seeking an exceptional Head of Radar to lead one of our most strategic space programs. This is a senior leadership position that combines deep technical expertise in space-based radar systems with executive-level program management and stakeholder engagement. You will own the complete lifecycle of our space radar product portfolio, from architecture and innovation through to on-orbit delivery, while leading cross-functional teams and building critical partnerships across the space and defense ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Technical Ownership : Drive radar architecture and product development strategies through understanding of technical tradeoffs, requirements and opportunities for innovation. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and industry partners to gather insights, align objectives, and secure buy-in for the radar product you are responsible for Product Strategy : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define a product strategy that will win in the marketplace by delivering differentiated value to our customers. Define the product development roadmap and communicate the how and why behind it. Tactical Execution : Organize and prioritize the engineering efforts required to bring the product to market, working with functional engineering teams and other product owners to optimize resource utilization. Lead tactical execution of prototyping, development, and operational delivery of the product. Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and scale a world-class radar engineering organization. Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and rapid iteration suited for the modern space industry.
