Forest Lake Area School District is currently seeking applicants for the position of Full Time (1.0FTE) Head Custodian at Forest Lake Area Middle School to start ASAP. POSITION:Head Custodian LOCATION:Forest Lake Area Middle School WORK SCHEDULE:8 hours/day, 5 days/week, and 260 days/year Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm STARTING RATE OF PAY/RANGE:$25.86 -28.35 DOE LINK TO BENEFITS & OTHER COMPENSATION:Custodial Agreement Job Description: Strong leadership skills. Facility maintenance, experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and environmental controls. Good communication and Good Attendance is a must!
