Job Summary Provides direct management and supervision of in-home services to ensure adherence to all local and State regulations, policies and laws relating to the provision of quality services to all members. Assist in employee coaching and development by providing direct guidance and leadership to direct support staff. Works in collaboration with all levels of management, agencies officials and staff necessary. Manages and determines staffing needs and requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge Required: services supplied in accordance with required Arizona Rules and Regulations, AZ state contracts, facility program design and Person-Centered Plans; state and federal laws, Department of Health Services, Divion of Developmental Disabilities, AZ AHCCS, Skills Required: Tact and discretion in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment; leadership skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, independent judgement, and decision making; assist in analyzing situations and help adopt an effective course of action. Abilities Required: Demonstrated ability working in a collaborative team environment, maintaining positive relationships; able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English. Education and Experience: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred and/or equivalent experience and other special training as required by the program designs, including contract required certificates. CPR, First Aid, Article 9, and if applicable, Prevention & Support certification required. Minimum experience: 1-3 years of increasing management experience and/or responsibilities supervising 8-10 direct support professionals providing special services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Experience preferred with dual diagnosis adults and other developmental disabilities. Must maintain current certifications and training.
