Cooper Farms is currently seeking a ***1st shift Hatch Transfer Team Member for our Hatchery 1 location in Oakwood.*** **** **SHIFT HOURS:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with a rotating weekend from 1:30pm-7:30pm **STARTING HOURLY RATE:** $17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days **ADDITIONAL PAY:** Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include: - Setting and Transferring Eggs - Washing Hatchers, Tubs and Dividers - Assisting in loading Poult Trucks ## Requirements - Must be 18 years of age - Ability to lift 50-70 pounds over your head repeatedly - Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
