Hardware Depot Build Technician - Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Core Responsibilities Configure laptops, iPads, iPhones, and related peripherals according to documented, customer-specific build processes, including device enrollment and management via Microsoft Intune. Manage your daily workload through ServiceNow, including retrieving assigned tickets, following build instructions, and providing clear, timely status updates on progress, delays, shipping, and asset assignments. Conduct quality control reviews on all completed builds to verify accuracy and adherence to documented standards. Prepare, package, and ship equipment - including laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and other peripherals - to end users. Escalate any build deviations or process ambiguities promptly and appropriately. Perform incoming equipment inspections (�shell checks�) to assess warranty repair eligibility. Coordinate warranty repairs with manufacturers such as Lenovo and Dell. Support the Asset Management Team with routine inventory audits of depot stock. Qualifications High school diploma required; some college coursework is a plus. Prior experience in a hardware depot, IT support, or similar technical environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to read, follow, and apply process documentation consistently. Clear, professional written communication skills for ticketing system updates.
