We provide consistent scheduling, mileage reimbursement for use of your own vehicle, and the technology to help you succeed. What You’ll Do You’ll handle a wide range of residential repair and improvement projects, including: - Interior and exterior carpentry - Drywall repair and installation - Painting (touch-ups to full rooms) - Light electrical (fixtures, switches, outlets) - Light plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, disposals) - assembly of furniture - General home maintenance and punch-list work Our customers call us because they want it done professionally. That means: - Showing up on time - Communicating clearly - Providing accurate assessments and timelines - Completing work cleanly and efficiently - Treating every home with respect Technology & Process We operate as a professional service company — not a “one-man handyman” operation. All craftsmen are required to use industry leading software **ServiceTitan** for: - Scheduling and dispatch - Customer communication - Estimates and invoicing - Collecting payments in the field An **iPad will be provided**. Comfort with technology is required. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. What We’re Looking For: We are targeting **mid-level technicians** with strong residential experience.
